American Truck Historical Society – Long Island Chapter
Our chapter is one of four ATHS chapters in New York, and one of 91 ATHS chapters in the United States, Canada, and Australia. The primary objective of the club is the collection and preservation of antique trucks of all makes, types and sizes. Our chapter meets monthly, usually the fourth Wednesday of each month, at various locations in Nassau and Suffolk. In addition to the meetings, we have annualy a two day truck show, a chapter truck run to a local place of interest, an awards dinner, a family picnic, and a charity food and toy drive show that we co-host with three other car clubs. We also participate in several local shows and parades with our trucks. Ownership of a truck is not a requirement to join, just a love of old trucks.

We can advertise your event, set it up, stage the cars for display, judge the cars for trophies and even supply a DJ to keep everything moving. We are NOT trained AACA judges, but we are experienced in building, restoring and maintaining classic rides and we do peer judging (as is found in most local shows). We meet on the second Monday of each month at the Holtsville Fire Department, 1025 Waverly Avenue at 7:30 PM and welcome visitors and prospective members to join us.
